Bryan.
So anyway i owe this post to tano since i told him i would post these up when he reached aussy.. or was it suppose to be before u leave? haha.. nvm doesnt matter.. Its the food i ate at Gordon Ramsay's "London".. hope this inspires you to your michelin star dream eh tann.. ahha

Dont rmb what this is called but its one of the starters
don't recall this one too.. ahha
i had this one.. i thin this one is called "Sautéed Maine diver scallops with mixed spices, cauliflower purée, beignets and sherry caramel"
carmen had this one.. "Caramelized calves’ sweetbread with “tête de veau”, pickled Autumn vegetables, warm Périgord truffle vinaigrette"
This was my main course. I think this one is "Fillet of brandt beef with braised Kobe short rib, cipollini onions, baby beets and red wine sauce".. i'm not quite sure though..
This was carmen's main course.. "Braised ballottine of squab with sautéed foie gras, pomme mousseline, golden raisins, Muscat sauce"
This one i THINK is "Pan seared black cod, pig's tails with Belon oysters, celeriac and Périgord truffle"
And this is "Loin of venison roasted in cocoa butter, braised red cabbage, quark dumplings and bitter chocolate
And this is the wide variety of cheese that they have.. massive.. from mild to fucking smelly/rotten, imo anyway.. ahha
This is the pre-dessert. I think it is complimentary.. But its fucking awesome..
i'm not sure what this is called.. may not be on the menu anymore..

This was carmen's.. apparently its not on the menu anymore.. its some souffle but the one on the menu right now..
This was mine.. "Bitter chocolate mousse with coffee granité and a light ginger cream". Considering i dont really like bitter choc and ginger, it still tasted pretty damn good.
And this is the "Apple tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream ". They did some table side stuff with a torch which was pretty cool. This was very nice.
The candy trolley.. All sorts of sweets and chocs.. Can't really see the varieties from this though..

hey guys..finally gotten my internet connection..everything here is great so far..classes just started and assignments are already filling up.. So how are you guys doing on your side? I hope ya'll well and fine. Will try to update if I can..Anyway, gotta run.. got a class to attend..See ya'll
