A little bit of ...

These goes out to you all who think wearing a chef uniform will work in Lotus.
The following pictures below are what we cooked for March 10th open day.

Just to show u all what i've been doing and trying to archieve a better future.
A Saturday morning for my college's open day and friday night preparation for ?


I didnt do this but my friend did it. It's a carved watermelon.
Those decoration down there are macaroons.




These are the appetizers. On the spoon is Crab Mango Salad.
In the shot glass is Duck Breast roll with rockmelon.
In the martini glass is Greek Feta Salad.



Desserts. Left to right : Flourless chocolate cake, Tiramisu,

Cream Brulee and again flourless chocolate cake

1 out of 5 Main Course : Chicken Breast roll with Spinach

Another Main Course : Soba with Cod Persillade

That's about it, didnt really take much pictures. Maybe this coming Saturday will take more. Haha.
