Match Review

The match was destined to be a scrappy one after hours of rainfall left the pitch wet and waterlogged.
It would've been a much easier match if the field was dry because WMU's game involves alot of short passing and running.
The game was pretty scrappy due to the water conditions and water kept stopping the ball from reaching its intended recipient. Everyone was kicking more water than ball. Dribbling was close to impossible.

WMU opened up the scoring with a long ball which Ikhsan took well pass the keeper, although he slipped and fell, with the ball at his fit, he just had to swing his leg and it was 1 - 0..
Not long after that, WMU won a corner. The corner came in by Salleh and Ken climbed above the rest to make it 2-0. It was a typical "shaun - ken" look alike corner goal.. ahaha ..
Before halftime, Ikhsan made it 3-0 with a good run down the left side by Salleh and squaring the ball low through the middle for Ikhsan to tap in.

Second half, the rain began to pour and the field was wet as ever. Somehow, a long ball came in and a a-level striker pounced on the chance and fired a weak shot on the right hand side and it slid under the keepers arms to give a-levels a glimmer of hope.. 3 - 1.................. yah rite..... a-levels students were celebrating as if they had won the match.. oh well.. who am i to deny them their happiness rite?

Minutes before the end, determined not to lose the second half after winning the first 3-0 to a miniscule goal, a great through pass to Ken could have sealed the game but his shirt was pulled and he earned a free kick right outside the box. Salleh the main free kick taker was out, so Ken took up the responsibility to finish of the game. He hit the ball over the wall and it curled towards the keepers right which he could only palm into the net.. 4 - 1.
Richard, Shaun and Tan should've been there to learn how to earn a LARGE CHICKEN MCDELUXE SET!!.. ahah!

i know i promised some of u 3 but the pitch was fucked up.. i could've gotten 3 or more if it was dry..
