there's a new rule for all you RVNs... if ur below 18, u are still considered as really very noisy. however, when ur above 18, RVN = Really Very Notorious... so if any of u jacks outdere think ur hell of a great on the streets then i suggest when u see a "- R V N -" sticker behind any of the cars mentioned on the right side of ur monitor, i strongly recommend u to PISS ThE FCuK OFF!
